All merchandise, unless otherwise indicated, may be returned within thirty (30) days from the original invoice date for a refund. A return authorization number is required for all returns. Before returning any item for credit or exchange, you must contact High Lifter Pump Service by phone, email, or by US Mail to receive authorization. A 15% restocking fee may apply to goods damaged by use. These terms apply to all refunds. Customers must notify High Lifter Pump Service of any order discrepancy within seven (7) days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation accordingly.
